Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and territories outside the continental U.S.). If you’re outside these areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

Order Cut Off And Handing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-8) will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Transit time 

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (FREE for all orders). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to location or carrier delays—especially during busy periods like holidays.

Track Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Missing or Delayed Package?

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived, email us at support@triplealiners.com. We’ll work with the carrier to help locate your shipment.
